Live Joyfully LLC is a privately held real estate investment company based in Beltsville, Maryland with operations and holdings spreading across Dayton and Columbus Ohio. The company was founded in 2021 to capitalize on the favorable market dynamics in Dayton, OH. We specialize in sourcing and acquiring off-market distressed residential assets that are in need of repositioning to their highest and best use. Our unique method of leveraging data to source distressed assets allows us to acquire properties at a discount to fair market value. The company uses a rigorous underwriting approach to identify the most profitable exit strategy, which has resulted in excellent financial performance for its members, partners, and outside investors. Once the asset is re-positioned and sold to a new owner, we believe this results in an overall improved sense of community.
